Notice: Voter Id

The NSS unit of the IIS University, in collaboration with the State Election Commission Office, is planning to organize a special drive in order to prepare Voter id for its students and employees on 22^nd February 2017.

All the interested students and all the staff members (not in possession of a voter id) can collect form 6 (available at the University Reception) and submit the same latest by 21 February 2017 at the Reception. All those students who are not residents of Rajasthan region but are interested in obtaining voter id may also apply.

Applicants to note that the following documents are needed while submitting application formally on 22^nd February in the Voter Id camp:

• Two passport sized photograph.
• Identity proof- ( birth certificate/passport/driving license/PAN Card / high school mark sheet)
• Address proof- (ration card/ passport/ driving license /utility bill).
