NOTICE
This is for the information of the students that the components of the Continuous Assessment for COSD programmes for the current year theory papers will be as follows:
CA Test : 15 marks
Home Assignment : 5 marks
Quiz : 5 marks
Class Activity : 5 marks
The COSD CA tests (Theory & Practical) will commence on 12th April 2021 and will be conducted online as follows:
1. The subject teacher/faculty will take the CA test in Google form or Microsoft teams.
2. The faculty will send a link for the Google form/ Microsoft teams to the students at the time of the test.
3. The question paper will be set from the first two units that have been taught. However, the confirmation of the test units may be taken from the respective teacher. The pattern of the theory paper will be as follows:
SECTION A MCQs ( 5 MCQs carrying 1 mark each) | SECTION B Short answer type questions (word limit of 50 – 70 marks carrying 2 marks each) |

4. The CA Practical component (for laboratory based practical) of all classes shall be based on the following pattern:

The CA test for non laboratory subjects (Dissertation/Seminar/ Synopsis/ Field report/Project work) will be based on the following pattern:

5. The duration of the CA test will be 45 minutes.
6. Since the hybrid mode of teaching is going on it will not be possible to take the CA tests during University working hours, hence the CA tests have been scheduled from 6 PM to 6:45 PM in the evening.
7. The student may type the answer in Google form/Microsoft Teams or write the answer on a paper and upload the same with the help of Abode Scan: PDF Scanner, OCR.
8. The time table for the CA test will be uploaded on the website and the subject teacher will inform the students about the dates of the CA tests.
9. The due CA test papers of the previous year will be conducted with the regular CA tests. |
