Notice reg. Photo competition-‘The IIS Social experience’

NOTICE
IIS (Deemed to be University) being an Erasmus+ partner in Tuning India and RIISHI Projects is planning to participate in three days celebration of the 30th anniversary of Erasmus+ Programme in Europe and beyond during the #ErasmusDays i.e. 15-17 October, 2020.
Cross cultural experiences are vital with globalisation. Being the fundamental basis of development of societies, they help in recognising the differences in people of varied nationalities, backgrounds and ethnicities and most importantly help build resources to bridge the gaps. Such experiences help everyone in knowing the world and create a platform for sharing knowledge and ideas about places, traditions and each other.
As part of the celebration, the University is organizing a Photo competition-‘The IIS Social experience’ for students and staff of the university to share their experience and learning of Indian/European culture and heritage through photographs.
The photograph may highlight Cuisine, any monument of historical significance or any other culture or heritage feature of either Indian subcontinent or European continent. The participant must be compulsorily present in the photograph. A brief description (4-5 lines) enumerating the experience or the cuisine or monument should be written along with photo.
All those students/staff who are interested in participating in the event are required to post a photograph on their social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) page and compulsorily tag on all social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) pages of IIS University with #IISErasmusDays at the earliest.
The post with maximum likes and shares will be the winner of the competition. Therefore, the participants are required to ensure maximum likes and share of their post by 18 October, 2020. They are further required to share the screenshot of their post with likes and shares on the following Google form link:

The deadline for filling-up this Google form is 19th October, 2020, 11.00 am.
Winners will be awarded and all the participants will be given e-certificates.
