Convocation 2014 Registration Form

You are required to fill in the attached Pro-forma and submit a hard copy of the same to the University latest by 11 August 2014 along with a consolidated fee of Rs. 2500/- (Compulsory Fee for the Degree Rs. 2000 + Security Deposit fo the academic dress Rs. 500). The fee can be paid either in the form of Demand Draft drawn in the favour of

“The IIS University, Jaipur” or online using Payment Gateway. The Security amount would be reimbursed upon return of the robe, cap and hood. In case of any damage or loss, the aforementioned amount would be forfeited by the University.

It is mandatory to fill in the Pro-Forma and send the same before the due date.

Due to technical problems the online payment facility is being withdrawn temporarily.
