Capacity Building Initiatives

The Faculty/Staff Development Committee of the University aims to work towards capacity-building, of the faculty members as well as of the administrative/ support staff of the University. It specifically undertakes to:

  • Improve performance metrics by organizing FDPs, trainings and workshops, on a regular basis
  • Enhance such employee-attributes as teamwork, leadership skills, initiative-taking, etc. by way of interactive sessions
  • Disseminate knowledge and information regarding various fields of study, both generic and discipline/ domain-specific, through Invited Lectures and Talks
