The Department of Management Studies, School of Management, IIS (deemed to be University), Jaipur had organised an “Alumnae Interaction – Reconnect the Journeys” on October 27^th 2023 for the students of Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA). The objective of the event was to build connection with the Alumnae and facilitate learning among students through their experiences. The session was attended by about 70 students of the programme. The session was started with the warm welcome and presenting mementos to the guest speakers by Dr. Shweta Kastiya, Head and Associate Professor, Department of Management Studies, School of Management, IIS (deemed to be University) Jaipur. The profile of Alumnae profile ranged from marketing manager, tax consultant, and audit analyst in renowned companies as well as Alumna got selected in the most popular B-schools of the country. The diversified profile of Alumnae showcased the breadth of opportunities available to the current students in the field of management.

The guest Alumnae shared their professional journeys, milestones and challenges through interesting videos, power points and inspiring speech with students. They provided guidance and mentorship to the students. They helped the students to navigate academic and career choices based on their own success stories.

The session was well organised and interactive. It enabled the students to connect with alumnae on personal level through raising their queries and fun games in between to enhance their engagement. The Alumnae interaction enriched the educational experience and equipped students with valuable resources for personal and professional development.

The session was joined by Professor M. K. Sharma, Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management, IIS (deemed to be University) Jaipur. He blessed the students and alumnae with his insightful words.

The echoes of shared wisdom resonate and shape the narratives of excellence among students. The session came to a close with a sense of gratitude among participants and ended with a group photograph.
