The meeting of the ICG- IISU Alumnae Association - Bandhan - of IIS (deemed to be University) was held online on the Zoom platform on 17 April 2021. The event witnessed well over a 200 Alumnae attending, from the first batch to more recent graduates.

 
The Hon'ble Chancellor, Dr. Ashok Gupta heartily welcomed the Alumnae, reminiscing about the earliest days and congratulating them on their accomplishments over the years. Dr. Gupta also requested them to remain connected to the Alma Mater via Bandhan. A group photograph was taken to immortalise this occasion.

The aims and events of the Association as well as the developments taken were discussed. They were also acquainted with the Association's newsletter - Rewind, which focuses on the news about the University's Alumnae, their accomplishments and other events in their lives.

Ms. Kshipra Bhandari Narain from the first batch of graduates from the then-ICG spoke to everyone, describing her experiences and anecdotes, which encouraged more of her friends as well as other Alumnae from various batches also to share their own experiences. This led to a larger conversation between the Alumnae, who came forward enthusiastically to share their achievements, giving credit of their success to their experiences at ICG/IIS University. 

The interaction between the former students and the faculty members was bittersweet, with many memories exchanged and revisited. To make the session more interactive, the participants were also made to play a fun filled round of experience sharing. The Alumnae were all appreciative of the chance this virtual get-together provided them, and as this meeting came to a close, many of them expressed a willingness to await the next activity.
