Robing of Graduands

The graduands of different faculties will wear the academic dress in the rooms allocated for the purpose. Student volunteers will assist them. There will be separate dressing rooms for male and female graduands

Robing of guests, officers and members of the Statutory Bodies (Board of Management and Academic Council) of the University.

• After the Chief Guest and recipients of Honoris Causa have been received they will be requested to proceed for robing
• The internal members of the Academic Council, Board of Management and Deans, etc. will wear the academic dress in the rooms designated for this purpose in the Senate Hall
• The Vice Chancellor, Chief Guest, Chancellor, Rector & Registrar and the External Members of the Board of Management and Academic Council will wear the regalia in Board Room next to the Chancellor’s chamber. The volunteers will assist them in wearing the Academic Dress
