INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE FORM

ADMISSIONS (2017-18)

Please read the university prospectus and the following instructions carefully before you start filling the form 

  • Every candidate applying for admission to The IIS University, Jaipur is required to first complete the registration process on the university admission website by filling the application form and by paying the registration fee. 
  • It is, however, clarified that a candidate seeking admission to The IIS University, Jaipur has to fill in the university application form without which she/he shall not be considered for admission to The IIS University, Jaipur. 
  • The admission web site provide facility to get register on the site by creating user id and password for applying for admission . 
  • Candidates shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login account and password.
  • If you forget your password, please use the “Forgot Password” button located on the login screen on admission portal to submit a request for generating a new password. 
  • Please make sure that you provide a valid and active email address and mobile number so that you can receive important information and reminders. 
  • There are seven sections in the online form. You can move to the next section by clicking on the previous and next button provided at the end of each section. To go back, click the desired section on the main navigation bar on the top of the portal. 

 

Section 1.Login: Candidate may login using user id and password which was generated after completion of the registration process.

Section 2.Fill personal details: Candidate has to fill all her/his personal details.

Section 3.Select Course: Candidate has to select the desired course.At the time of class and program selection candidate has to check his/her eligibility by clicking at the given link.

 If a candidate desirous for UG/PG (Pass/Hons) course, then she has to enter the corresponding combination code (refer “Click for codes” link in the form). 

  • Only following two courses are Co-educational:
    1. M.C.A. (Master of Computer Applications)
    2. M.B.A. -Six Trimesters/ Two years

 

Candidate has to select one COSD course and one activity compulsorily in case of UG course. In case of UG professional and PG course it is optional.

Section 4. Fill Academic Record:Candidate has to fill correct details of last qualifying exams.

Section 5. Upload mandatory Documents:Scan and keep your photographs, mark sheets, and aadhaar card ready. Please ensure the size of images should not exceed 1 mb.

Section 6. Bank Details:Candidate has to fill bank details of the account in which refund of multiple application fee can be refunded which was deposited due to any technical issues while submitting application form for the same course. 

Section 7. Make Payment : Candidate has to select hostel choice and Click on “I accept terms & conditions and Laboratory Safety rules/norms”after reading terms & conditions and Laboratory Safety rules/norms, it will enable “Apply button”. It will redirect you to the payment gateway page where you can use any bank Debit / Credit card to pay application fee. Finally complete the process by clicking on ‘Apply’ button to pay their application fees.

Application fees can be paid only by a credit card/debit cardissued by any bank. Net-banking facility is also available. Gateway charges are extra.

  • Application fee is non-refundable.
  • Every mandatory field in each section must be completed for your application form to be submitted. You do not have to complete the online form in one sitting. The data in each section will be saved once you click on ‘Save draft’ button at the end of each section. You may access your form and modify the information as many times as you like prior to submission and payment.
  • No changes and additions can be made after submission and payment of fees. Therefore, you must make up your mind about the courses you wish to apply for, about whether you want hostel or not. You can edit it only before making the payment.
  • An email confirming successful submission will be sent to the candidate after the application fee has been paid. For online payments, the confirmation will be sent within an hour. If you do not receive confirmation even after one hour, Please check application status at http://iisuniv.ac.in/Admissions/Application/application-status
  • . After payment process completion, it will redirect to the university web site and display Form ID and payment status (Successful or Not Successful etc.). You can check your form status on the University Website after 2-3 working days.
  • Candidate may check Merit list on university web site as per following schedule :

  • Fee Payment: The tuition, hostel/ accommodation and registration fees along with the other fees must be paid in Indian Rupee (Rs.) for Indian student and US dollars (US$) for NRI student.

 

Final Registration: Students are advised to report to the Students’ Counseling Centre, The IIS University, for final registration, on the communicated date, in order to complete the admission formalities.

The following documents (in original) are required to be submitted at the time of final registration:

  1. Degree/ Pass Certificate of the last qualifying examination
  2. Grade/ mark sheet of the last qualifying examination
  3. Translated versions of all documents (if not in English)
  4. Transfer Certificate
  5. Date of Birth Certificate
  6. Migration Certificate
  7. Three recent passport-size photographs
  8. Aadhaar Card Copy

 

Note: The original certificates will be returned to the students immediately after making an endorsement to this effect.

  • Candidates from Foreign Boards are required to upload the equivalence certificate from AIU and their marksheet, if their examining body is not included in the AIU/DU list.
