3-Day Capacity Building Workshop for Early Career Researchers (May 27–29, 2025) Organized by iRISE and CRIT for STEM Researchers

We are pleased to invite you to a 3-Day Capacity Building Workshop for Early Career Researchers, jointly organized by the Centre for Research, Innovation and Training (CRIT) and iRISE, Pune. The iRISE project is supported by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), IISER Pune, British Council, Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), Tata Technologies, and Tata Trusts, and is being implemented by IISER Pune. The workshop will be held from May 27 to 29, 2025 at IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur.

About the Workshop

This is a valuable opportunity for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers in STEM disciplines (Faculty of Science) to enhance their career readiness across academia, industry, and entrepreneurship. The workshop is designed to be interactive and hands-on, with sessions led by distinguished professionals from both academic and industrial sectors.

·         Workshop Objective: To empower early career researchers with key skills in communication, industry readiness, and innovation for diverse career paths.

Ø Communication: Effective communication across academic and professional settings

Ø Industry Readiness: Tools and strategies for transitioning to industry

·         Eligibility: Open only to PhD students and postdoctoral researchers from STEM backgrounds
