Notice reg. Annual Fest

NOTICE

This is for the information of all the students of the University that the Annual Fest of the University will be organized from 15 – 17 February 2023 on the campus. The tentative schedule and the rules of various events (Intra and Inter – Institutional) will be put up on the Cultural Notice Board and Website shortly.

The registration forms for participation in various activities will be available at the reception and website from 25 January 2023. The hardcopy of the form may be submitted in the Activity Cell between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm from 1 February 2023 onwards.

Last date for submission of form is 5 February 2023. No form shall be accepted thereafter.

We propose to put up stalls during the Fest on the University grounds. Students who are interested in putting up stalls are required to contact Prof. Ila Joshi/ Dr. Nalini Totuka, Department of Home Science from 25 January onwards between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm.

The University timings during the Cultural Fest would be 8:00 am to 4:15 pm. Buses will ply accordingly.

Note -      Regular classes for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes (Morning & Noon batch) shall be held during the Fest.
