Notice for due and ex students regarding CA test June 2021

NOTICE

The CA tests (Theory & Practical) for due and ex students will commence on 1 June 2021 and will be conducted online as follows:

1. The subject teacher/faculty will give the CA test in Google form or Microsoft teams.

2. The faculty will send a link for the Google form/Microsoft teams to the students at the time of the test.

3. The question paper will be set from the first two units of the syllabus. The students will also be intimated about the two units that will be included in the CA test by the subject teacher. The pattern of the theory paper will be as follows. Ø Section A will consist of 5 multiple choice questions carrying 1 mark each ( 1 mark x 5 =5 marks) Ø Section B will consist of 5 short answer type questions with word limit of 50- 70 marks carrying 2 marks each. ( 2 marks x 5 =10 marks)

4. The break up of the CA test for the Practical component (for laboratory based practicals) of all classes shall be as follows: MCQs ( 10 MCQs carrying 1 mark each) Short answer questions ( 5 short answer questions carrying 1 mark each) 10 marks 05 marks

5. The CA test will be conducted out of 15 marks. The marks awarded out of 15 will be doubled and will be awarded out of 30 in the final CA component.

6. The CA test for non laboratory subjects (Dissertation/Seminar/ Synopsis/ Field report/Project work) will be based on the following pattern: Report Presentation Viva voce 10 marks 10 marks 10 marks

7. The duration of the CA test will be 45 minutes.

8. The student will write the answer on a paper and upload the same with the help of PDF Scanner. The student will NOT type the answer.

9. The time table for the CA test will be uploaded on the website and the subject teacher will inform the students about the dates of the CA tests.
