Objective of the workshop:
- To Identify and understand the craft techniques of POP Accessories ( Name Plate & Key Chain etc)
- To explore the possibilities of Accessories made using POP.
- To develop products through innovative technique learnt during Activity.
Summary/Description:
Fashion and Textiles Guild committee of the IIS (deemed to be University), organized a demonstration under the supervision of Akansha and Natasha Sharma, student of MFA Sem II, Department of Fine Arts on 28th November 2022. The resource persons started with an introduction and demonstrated the technique of POP and made key chains by using stencil molds. Objective of the activity was to enable the students to create their own products in innovative styles.
The demonstration focused on using materials like POP clay, Magnet Stickers and key chains to design and create a variety of products like fashion accessories, Key chains, fridge magnet, name plates etc.
Outcome of the workshop:
Students developed skills and developed variety of products using POP.
