Housekeeping & Upkeep of University Campus

The Housekeeping department takes pride in keeping the campus clean, comfortable and give safe environment to all. Housekeeping department is concerned with the care & maintenance of facilities like, the kitchen, cookery laboratories, research laboratories, canteens, electrical devices, plumbing, etc. It plays a major role in keeping the campus neat and clean. Besides taking care of cleanliness, the department also takes care of the purchase of crockery, cutlery, appliances, equipments, utensils, upholstery and other requirements based on the need of the various departments of the University.   The committee members of the Department keep meeting on a regular basis and discuss about the requirements of various departments and place the order accordingly. Each and every nook & corner of the university campus is observed by the members on a regular basis and corrective measures are also taken immediately. Housekeeping, thus, is an ancillary department that contributes in a big way towards the overall reputation of the University.
