HR Conclave 2014

HR Conclave 2014 is being organized by the Training & Placement Cell of The IIS University.

Topic - “Employers’ Perception of Graduate Employability”

The Conclave shall witness HR representatives from different sectors discussing about the job opportunities and the employability skills expected from a fresh graduate.

The proposed conclave will focus on:

o   Sector specific placement opportunities for future   graduates

o   Assessing industry’s expectations from fresh graduates

o   Enhancing graduate’s employability through strategic development

o   Evaluating the role of life skills and soft skills in effective placement of graduates.
