Instructions for the online Registration of the 70th ICA Conference-2017
Step 1: Visit http://www. 70aicc2017.iisuniv.ac.in and enter your ICA life membership number, name, e mail ID and mobile number to generate your username and password.
Step 2: Log in with your username and password to make payment of the registration fees. (Online payment through Payment Gateway). On successful payment the details will be mailed to the registered user.
Step 3: Fill in the correct personal details with particulars of accompanying person (spouse only).
Step 4: Only first author (In case of co-author) can up load the paper and co-author should mention first author registered ID at the time of registration so that data can be verified
Step5: Fill in the details of the paper and upload the paper and photograph (self/spouse) correctly. In case of co-authors, you are required to enter the valid first author registration ID number which should be validated from the database. Moreover, all the authors must be registered for the conference and maximum two co-authors are allowed for a paper. The maximum size of the paper to be uploaded can be 10 MB. The maximum size of the photograph to be uploaded can be 2 MB.
Step 6: Fill in the details of your travel plan carefully and click Submit to submit your form. On submitting the form an ID will be generated containing your photograph, name and registration ID which can be downloaded and also will be sent to your registered e mail ID.
- Once paper submitted for the conference cannot be changed/ replaced/ modified/ revised.
- You can view the details of your accommodation, technical session, guidelines to present a paper and ID card by logging your Username and password.
- You can make changes in travel plan upto 30th August, 2017 using your username and password.
- You can get registered for the conference online only. NO OFFLINE REGISTRATION IS ALLOWED.
- Accommodation will be provided only to those outstation delegates who are life members of the ICA.
