Farewell Get-together cum Award Ceremony :Aashirwad 2018

NOTICE

The Farewell Get-together cum Award Ceremony ‘Aashirwad 2018’ of The IIS University is scheduled on the 7 April 2018 from 11.00 am onwards. All faculty members, participants and volunteers are required to report at the University at the usual timings i.e. 9:15 am

Refreshments to all will be served as per the following schedule :

1.    Staff Members                       -                  10:30 to 11:30 am

2.    Participants & Volunteers        -                 10:30 to 11:30 am

3.    Passing Out Students             -                  11:00 am to 12:00 noon

The Aashirwad Ceremony will be preceded by the Awards Ceremony which will start exactly at 12:15 pm. All awardees are advised to take their seats by 12:00 noonsharp. In case they miss out going up on stage, they will not be allowed to go up to receive the award later.

The dress code for all passing out students is Saree/ Formal Salwar Suits. All awardees and council members have to be compulsory in University T-Shirt & Jeans/Trousers.  Please note, anybody dressed inappropriately will not be allowed to go up on stage to receive the award.

All faculty members are required to advise the students of their class regarding the timings, dress code and the starting of refreshment prior to the function.

P.S.     

·        The refreshment counters will strictly close at 12.00 noon before the programme begins.

·        Hence the teaching will remain suspended on 7 April 2018
