A Demonstration was organized on  Festive  snacks as a part of Home Management Guild activity by department of Home Science on 25^th October  , 2018.  This activity was opened for all the students of Department of Home Science and around forty five  students eagerly participated in it. The activity started with the welcome speech which included a brief introduction of Ms. Seema , a home maker lives in Jaipur city .  she  is an expert in making  Indian ,Chinese Mexican dishes, pure desserts, soufflés, mousses, muffins, brownies, sponge cakes and puddings etc.

Dr. Ila Joshi( Professor and Head) presented bouquet of flowers to the Guest and Miss Isheeta Sharma gave a brief introduction about her. Later, she began the activity with an elaborate explanation of the two recipes namely mawa cake and Mexican bhel.  Both the prepared recipes were very delicious and mouth watering  . In the end Dr. Nalini Totuka presented her token of remembrance. The activity was found to be very fruitful for the students as well as the staff.
