Millets have been integral part of our diet for centuries. Increased millet production and consumption also aligns with the six sustainable development (SDGs). Thus School of Home Science organized an International Conference entitled " MILLETS A SUSTAINABLE APPROACH TOWARDS HEALTH NUTRITION AND ENVIRONMENT" with an objective to showcase the nutrition and health benefits of millets on 25-26 September 2023. Conference hignlighted advances in processing and postharvest technologey of millets besides adressing the role of millets in sustainable agriculture and environment. It provided a forum to discuss the traditional knowledge of existing dietaries with respect to new development in processing technology
