A workshop was organized on  “Bakery Workshop without Flame” as a part of Home Management Guild activity by department of Home Science on12th October , 2023.  This activity was opened for all Undergraduate and Post Graduate  students of  our University and around twenty two students eagerly participated in it.

The objective of the activity are

  • Skill Development – Enhance participant culinary skills with a focus on no bake methods.
  • Creativity- Encourage Participants to explore new and inventive baking techniques.

The activity started with the welcome speech which included a brief introduction of Chef Rohit Gothwal who is working in Agarwal PG College, Jaipur and Chef Ajeet Singh who was also working in the same college.  Chef Gothwal is specialized in Bakery and Confectionery and have over 20 years of experience in the same industry. He very delicious recipes like Mango Mousse, Apple and Walnut Salad,Cheese Crackers and Donuts.

Further Chef Ajeet Singh who is a Sommelier and specialized in wines and Spirits of WSET level 3 prepared  refreshing mocktails.   This workshop is tailored for individuals of all ages, offering a hands on experience in making variety of bakery items and refreshing mocktails. The event aims to enhance culinary skills , promote creativity and ensure a fun and engaging learning environment.

All the prepared recipes were very delicious and the activity was found to be very fruitful for the students as they learned to prepare  new recipes and mocktails.
