Women's Cell of the IIS (deemed to be) University organised an interactive session by Prof Roopa Mathur, Dean Arts and Social Sciences, for the faculty of University on the theme, 'Overcoming Stress Among Working Women'. Being a psychiatrist Prof Mathur briefed the audience about the reasons of stress among various age groups. She also spoke about the regular problems working women face today. Using a short video clipping she gave a new dimension to the problem that women face on day to day basis and also gave tips to combat such issues in a subtle manner. The session was full of energy where faculties from all streams including arts, science and commerce participated enthusiastically as it is relevant to all. Prof Deepa Pareek, Prof Sharad Rathore, Prof Nisha Yadav, Prof Radha Kashyap were also present in the session. It was suggested by the faculty to have more sessions on similar theme.
