Activity: Demonstration on Mocktails

The demonstration on Moctkails was organized as a part of Home Management Guild activity by department of Home Science on 21^th August , 2015.  This activity was opened for all the students of Department of Home Science and around fourty five  students of Career oriented and Skill Development course (CND AND FSQC) eagerly participated in it. The activity started with the welcome speech which included a brief introduction of our own faculty member Ms.Isha Sukhwal , working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Home Science

 She began the activity with an elaborate explanation of the four mocktails namely Cucumber cooler, Mojito, Blue Lagoon and Pink Lady. She demonstrated the procedure of each mocktail.

 Finally the mocktail preparation workshop was very interesting, knowledgeable and fruitful for the students as well as the faculty members.
